In the vicinity of the shipyard, there are often many Kitesurfers during peak season. If you plan to visit, it's important to be cautious and avoid going too far out as you may get stuck in the gravel at the end. Additionally, there is a water point where you can shower outside and fill up containers. The ramparts of Naupacte are just a 5-minute walk away.
We stayed here for a night while traveling from the West to the East. It was quite deserted, with only a few fishermen around even on a Sunday in August. Electricity is available, but I didn't check if it was working properly. The showers are great with good water pressure - it felt like being in a hotel. I would have given it five stars if the dogs hadn't barked incessantly at night.
Very convenient location. There is no designated parking space, but if you continue along the white paths, you will come close to a fenced area with boats, two dogs, and a friendly donkey. You can park just 2 meters away from the beach. It is peaceful near the village. Rated four stars because not all visitors are careful about cleanliness.
