The Well House caravan site is located in a peaceful meadow surrounded by nature. It is conveniently accessible from the A68 road, less than a mile away. This location offers the best of both worlds, being close to the historic market towns of Corbridge and Hexham, as well as several Roman forts. Each pitch at the site has amenities such as hard standing, grey water drain, and drinking water. There is also a nearby chemical toilet disposal point.

We stayed at this place for the first night of our trip. It was very peaceful and the lady who welcomed us was friendly. They had a bingo game at 6:30 that everyone could participate in. There were plenty of pitches with electricity hook-up, whether you preferred a hard standing or grass pitch. They also had facilities like waste disposal, clean toilets and showers, and areas for washing dishes. They even provided clean water for water tanks. It was a perfect stay at a reasonable price of £25 with electricity or £20 without.
