This area is not suitable for motorhomes. It lacks sufficient space and the terrain is steep and uneven. We almost got stuck due to the steep incline and muddy conditions.

Visit the scenic Hassel Parking Lot in Nienstedt, which is surrounded by beautiful meadows. It serves as the starting point for several well-marked trails. You can also enjoy the presence of a charming small river flowing nearby.

The access roads are very narrow and parking spaces are small, not suitable for large vehicles. Our L1H1 fit perfectly, with the sliding door facing the river. It is possible to level the ground with wedges there, but it would be difficult elsewhere. There is a pump at the parking lot that operates regularly, but the noise is not louder than our compressor fridge.
