I stayed at a campsite on Tuesday, May 24th for one night. The cost was €20 for a campervan and two people without access to electricity. The location was ideal for visiting the Acropolis the next morning, as you are allowed to leave your van in the parking area for 24 hours from the time of your arrival. However, it's important to note that this campsite is primarily designed for buses, so there may be some noise from the buses until late in the evening and early in the morning. Unfortunately, during my stay, there were some alarms going off overnight and dogs barking, but these are uncontrollable factors that one should be aware of.

For a visit to Athens, it's completely sufficient. The warm shower can be turned on upon request (wait for 10 minutes). You can easily get to the city by taxi for just a few euros. We felt comfortable leaving our camper here with peace of mind. The staff members are very friendly.

This is a noisy and shadeless parking area that costs 20€ per day, with an additional 5€ charge for electricity. It is recommended to pay in cash as there is an extra 6€ tax per day for credit card payments involving two people. However, the location is less than 5 km away from the city center and a 1 km walk from the subway. This is the only advantage. Unfortunately, there is a lack of camper van areas in Greece, especially in big cities.
