This is a really beautiful and secluded place. Some anglers come by from time to time. It's not far from the Elbe River where you can cool off. We stayed here for 2 nights with our dog and our camper van, and we highly recommend it.

During periods of low water levels, it is possible to walk around the lake. There is also a small sandy beach available. Please note that there are no more parking spaces along the shore and the nearby alley is quite uneven.

We are now standing here, enjoying a great view of the Elbe River. It's definitely worth taking advantage of.
