This small camping spot is only suitable for small campers, not large motorhomes. Access is via a lawn, then a steep path. It's best not to drive to the other area, where camping is not allowed. Facilities include a toilet, trash bins, and a water tap. Fishing is allowed, and there are grills and seating nearby.
The directions to the location are clear. We managed to access it with our 6m Fiat Ducato, but had to reverse about 10m uphill and 20m downhill since we couldn't turn around. It is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a night before or after taking the ferry to Kristiansand.
The parking space is quiet and suitable only for small cars and vans. It requires careful parking, as it is limited. There is a slope to navigate when leaving. Bathrooms are available nearby.
