We visited at the end of November, so it was not crowded. The toilets were open and in good condition. There were multiple water stations and a beautiful hiking trail, which we highly recommend. However, on the second day, we were reminded by the friendly police officers to park in designated areas, where overnight stays were allowed for one night. There are several nearby options, some even for free. Overall, we had a great time there.
