If someone does not have a restful sleep, I do not recommend it. There are many cars driving at night, but I slept well.

There is a street parking lot near the river with a picnic table and benches. You can enjoy swimming and relaxing in the clear water. Although we didn't stay overnight, we had lunch and spent time by the river. There was no sign indicating that overnight stays were prohibited.
