The lane is very narrow with limited options for pulling over without obstructing the road. Additionally, the space under the bridge is too small for a comfortable overnight parking.

In severe weather conditions, you can also park directly under the bridge for protection. While these spots may be suitable for vans, it might not be ideal if there is oncoming traffic. I have personally driven gritting and snow trucks along this road for work, so it is possible to navigate, although not the best option when encountering other vehicles.
