We spent a night in this parking area next to a road with light traffic. It's great for dogs since there is a large park nearby, which has a fountain, picnic tables, swing sets for kids, and trash bins.
A good parking spot for campers and ACs is near a river, with swings for kids, stone tables, and barbecues (currently not allowed). It’s a short walk to the town center with shops. Nearby, you can visit Peña Rota hermitages and the village of Castrovido with its castle.

The water from the fountain is murky, possibly due to rusty pipes. It is not safe to drink and may not be suitable for washing or showering. The parking area is small but peaceful.
