There's a large meadow with several parking spots and access via small dirt roads. A river is nearby, making it a peaceful place suitable for dogs, though rabbits are present. Across the street are ruins called "Bazilika" with easy parking. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
There was litter everywhere, like toilet paper, bottles, and glass. It was unappealing, so we left despite the spot seeming nice and quiet. If you're interested, it is located by the Idea store. The GPS led us to the opposite side from downtown Podgorica.
Spent a night here. It's decent, but there’s traffic noise from cars and trains. We weren't bothered. There's some litter, but it’s about the same as other places. A 4x4 can park by the river. The riverbed has many stones, but swimming is fine. Caution: Google Maps directs you to the wrong river side.
