Camping Berger "681" is a wonderful campsite situated on the banks of the Rhine River. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to assist. The sanitary facilities are clean and equipped with refreshing rain forest showers. Don't miss out on the delicious breakfast, but make sure to register in advance. If you're looking to explore the city center and visit the famous cathedral, you can easily reach it by taking a 10-minute walk to the bus Line 135, followed by a tram ride from Rodenkirschen train station. Another option is to enjoy a scenic bike ride along the Rhine for approximately 7km.
Beautiful campsite, we arrived at 9:30 pm and were given a great spot for our camper. The reception is open from 8 am to 10 pm. The restroom facilities are cleaned frequently and are very clean. In the morning, you can buy bread rolls at a fair price. The campground is well-maintained and tidy. I highly recommend it. It's easy to reach the city by bicycle (7km).
