The location did not have a designated parking lot, only an intersection in a forest. Surprisingly, there were no signs prohibiting access to the road. The place seemed pleasant, and I had decent cellular reception with 2 out of 4 bars of 4G for the 15 minutes I spent there. However, I decided to leave because the situation felt uncertain.
