This campsite is well-kept and tidy, with clean bathrooms and cooking areas. There is also a games room for entertainment. Although we arrived during a quiet period due to weather conditions, it is usually advisable to make reservations when the weather is good. We could hear some traffic noise, but it was not disturbing. The campsite is located on sloping terrain and there is a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away.
This field is in great condition with freshly-cut pitches. The facilities have been recently refurbished and include a games room, kitchen, clean toilets, and showers. The site has a gentle slope and offers stunning views of The Valley. The entrance fee is £10 per person, cash only. Dogs are also welcome. It's a hidden gem that is not crowded.
In early September, there was a spacious and highly recommended camping site with ample privacy.
