North exit of Cobertinha. A good stop for a night. The road there isn't very bothersome. We're better off alone here than crowded at the S.P. do Sul rest area. We're coming back for a second night after a stroll. Market on the esplanade below starting at 7am the last Sunday of the month.
This open space has no facilities, but it offers plenty of available seating, which is unlike the crowded center of P do Sul. There are amenities such as picnic tables, a playground for children, and a soccer field. Although it is close to the road, there is minimal night-time traffic.
