At the reception, two ladies are sitting without any customers, while outside the gate (which feels like Fort Knox) there is a long queue. When someone finally comes forward, we are informed that we would need to stay for a minimum of 3 nights without a reservation. Uh, no thanks! Even such a good location does not justify treating potential customers this way. A visit should be carefully considered.
The staff here is extremely unfriendly, so it's best to avoid staying here. There is an additional charge for late arrivals after 6:00 PM, but the amount is not specified. The cost for a parking spot for one night should be around 40 euros. The behavior of the staff is simply unacceptable.
