The guest wanted to stay but faced several issues. No one answered the phone all day, making it impossible to check out or understand reservation details. Upon arrival at 9:00 PM, there was no one to greet them, only a locked gate. Thankfully, the parking attendants at the nearby river port were much more welcoming.
