We had a very peaceful night with no disturbances from traffic. I recommend this place as it is very close to Chinon.

There is a parking area located between a low-traffic road and Vienne. It is a suitable place for overnight stays.

While traveling to Charentes, we found a quiet spot by the Vienne River. It is suitable for a one-night stay, with two small-sized camping spots and one for larger campers. The area is elevated above the road, but there is a steep drop to the river below.
