Welcome to "IL SALICE" campsite. Located in a beautiful natural setting, our campsite offers a private beach with direct access to the lake. Nearby, you will find all essential services, such as pizzerias, water parks, and ice cream parlors. The campsite is a short 15-minute walk from the center of Viverone. Our owner is friendly, kind, and always ready to help. Inside the site, you will find amenities such as hot showers, toilets, loading/unloading areas, barbecue facilities, 220v power outlets, as well as playgrounds and kiddie rides for the little ones. The area is well-maintained and cleaned regularly. If you enjoy fishing, you can obtain a permit to fish in the lake. We also offer access to canoes. We are a pet-friendly campsite, and dogs stay for free. We've had no issues with accommodating up to 6 animals, including 2 dogs and 4 cats. Please note that we only accept cash payments.
We arrived unexpectedly and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent reception from Enzo, who placed us exactly where we wanted in a large field. It's a motorhome area next to a campsite by a lake. We paid 20 euros for a van and a 4-person tent with access to water and electricity, as well as amenities like boules and a football field. The sanitary facilities were old but clean. We had a great stay.
Pros: Ample space, friendly owner, some children's games, functioning faucets and electricity, token-operated hot showers. Cons: Many mosquitoes, very dirty toilets and showers, no hot water for dishwashing, old and chipped sinks, lake access not suitable for swimming due to mud and dog droppings.
