The parking area at the old Braives station is a convenient starting point for leisurely walks along the Ravel trail. It is also a great base for exploring the beautiful Mehaigne and Burdinale valleys. There are toilets available during opening hours, and nearby amenities include a playground, skate-park, and a bakery. Additionally, the area offers a peaceful atmosphere with minimal light pollution at night.
We wanted to stop for an hour or two to have tea and relax in peace. However, it was impossible due to the constant traffic in the parking lot and the noisy playground right behind it. There was no privacy at all. Additionally, there were no trash bins available. As a result, we left feeling frustrated.
There is a car wash located next to the medium-sized store in the upper part of the village.
