This facility opened in May 2020 and is conveniently located next to a large car park. It offers excellent amenities such as showers. However, the cell phone reception is poor, even with D1 network. The bastion is approximately 3 km away. One downside is that the space is quite narrow both at the driveway and for waste disposal.
If it were possible to give 0 stars, it would be appropriate here. As mentioned in several other comments, the operator is extremely unfriendly. We have never experienced such a negative atmosphere before. It's hard to believe that this place relies on tourism. It is better to pay the €12 parking fee at the Bastei for a day trip.
A small and beautiful campground that gives you a sense of being in nature. The sanitary facilities are very clean, and the staff is friendly. The price is reasonable, and dogs are allowed. Showers and dishwashing facilities are available. Check-out time is at 12:00. It's a perfect starting point for hikes. I had a peaceful night here with friendly fellow campers.
