Located at the end of a secluded gravel road, you will find a small parking lot in the forest. There are no facilities available at this site, but it serves as an excellent starting point for hikes along the Doubs, which has a slight incline. It takes approximately 2 hours to reach the Doubs jump. The area is incredibly peaceful, with only one local car parked nearby during our visit. If you're looking for dining options, there are a few small establishments situated along the banks of the Doubs, which can be reached via a 15-minute walk. Additionally, if you require water, they have a source which you can request from the cooperative.
The path goes further down. If you have a van, you can walk it first to see if you feel comfortable. At the bottom, there is enough space for one or two vehicles. Someone has set up a small fire pit there. One star deduction because there were a lot of ticks here. However, this is probably due to the time of year.
The parking area is not easily accessible and resembles more of a turnaround at the bottom of the path.
