This location is a great place to visit with ample seating options and areas to safely build a fire. It is a peaceful and attractive spot, and some tables are protected in case of unfavorable weather conditions. To reach this place, you need to take the bridge on Route 55 towards Baja. However, please note that the bridge is quite low and the road leading to it is in poor condition. It is advisable to avoid attempting to reach the location on foot during rainy weather, unless you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Additionally, there are some tables with fire corners located slightly before the direction of Baja, where you can also make a stop.
This campground offers a peaceful and serene environment with an abundance of birdlife and occasional sightings of wild pigs. It features amenities such as garbage bins, campfire facilities, and shelter. Overnight stays are permitted. The forest road has multiple campsites, including one located a short distance away from this particular site. The overall appearance of the campsites is similar throughout.
