This is a scenic location with historical gravestones from World War II. Although initially planned to stay overnight, the noise from planes and poor phone signal quality made it difficult.
This is a small area located near Oslo airport that can be helpful for overnight stays. It is situated at the end of a dead-end road, right in front of Trandumskogen, which is currently closed for renovation. There are no signs prohibiting parking. Although there may be some aircraft noise, especially during lighter air traffic at night, the area is generally very quiet.

The location is situated between two runways of the airport, which makes it quite noisy. There is also a military training area nearby, adding to the noise level. However, there is a portable toilet available 300m away, and currently no visitors as the memorial site is closed. Access is via unpaved roads. It may be suitable in case of emergency, but I would recommend searching elsewhere for a quieter location.
