The location is in the hills and has flat ground with two water taps. It can be very windy in December. There is a supermarket in a nearby small town, just a 5-minute walk away.

The area with views and a park is too steep. The one in front is better but lacks shade trees. It’s noisy by the road. I ended up in Alcaraz, which is flat and calm.
