This location, called Place de l'écuril, offers tables and a barbecue. It is known for its calm atmosphere, stunning view, and excellent sunlight. It can accommodate two vehicles, although the last 50 meters can be challenging to reach and require a small van or 4x4. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for motorhomes. While it is suitable for visits during the summer season, it may not be easily accessible during winter. Visitors are expected to be discreet and maintain cleanliness.
This is a great location with 2 tables/benches and a fire pit for grilling. It is a popular spot in the summer, but has limited space. Only suitable for vans or converted pickups due to the last stretch and limited space at the top. Please be cautious as it is close to a potentially dangerous river (Chamoson). It is a very peaceful place in March.
This location offers a great deal of privacy and tranquility. It has a picnic area with a barbecue pit, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The views are spectacular. While it is recommended to use a 4x4 vehicle, our 4x4 sprinter made it without needing to engage the 4-wheel drive. With enough momentum and good tires, a rear-wheel drive vehicle should also be able to navigate this place. There is plenty of space at the top for turning around. Additionally, there is a nearby stream. Overall, I would highly recommend this location – it receives a perfect 10/10 rating.
