The minimum stay requirement is 2 nights. Upon arrival, please check in at the designated area and a staff member will escort you to the pitch. Please be mindful of electricity usage as there is a limit to avoid overloading the system (2A). The plumbing facilities are old but well-maintained. If you prefer to explore the town, there is a bus stop located 300m away with direct access to the center of Porto on line 15. WiFi is available at the reception area. Advance reservations are currently only accepted via email.
The campground charges 25€ for two nights for two adults with a car and a rooftop tent. There is no access to electricity for regular campers, only for motorhomes. However, we were able to charge our mobile phones at the reception. We had to change our camping spot because of strong winds.
Positive: The campground is calm and the motorhome stands securely. Some spots offer shade and the prices are affordable. The staff is friendly. Negative: The toilets and showers are old, dirty, and some even have mold. The pitches are not well-maintained. The bus to Porto is unreliable with long wait times (it's better to take Bolt, Uber, or a taxi). Spontaneous arrivals are not permitted, reservation is required. The pathways within the campground are narrow and have high curbs.
