This place is too expensive for what you get! We stayed here for one night to catch a ferry from Kristiansand at 7:45 am the next morning. The site itself is okay, but there are only a maximum of 3 toilets and showers. We were here on 01.10., during the off-peak season, and two out of the three shower and toilet rooms were locked. The only open shower was in poor condition. The road is extremely noisy, so the price is not worth it. If possible, go somewhere else.
The camper site is beautiful but a bit expensive at 350NOK in the low season. It's unfortunate that there is no facility to dispose of wastewater. However, it does offer scenic surroundings with hiking trails around the nearby animal park. The site is located by the water and even has glamping tents on the water. The toilet and shower facilities are well-maintained.
