The place is very pleasant and peaceful. However, due to high humidity, we couldn't go out much as the van kept slipping on the muddy terrain.

There is a recreational area outside the town of Degaña that can be reached by a small road, although it is not suitable for motorhomes. It offers tables, drinking water, and most importantly, a covered area for rainy weather.
