The spot is next to a river and a quiet road. We stayed for 2 nights; one was good and the other was noisy due to a nearby parking area. There is plenty of room for larger vehicles.

Camping is permitted near the Acheron River. The area is cool at night and staying for two nights is enjoyable. Always check for any rules or signs indicating camping restrictions.

The area by the river is attractive but has little shade. It is quite busy due to its tourist-friendly and beautiful surroundings. The visitors did not stay overnight and continued their journey.
