This location offers complete peace with very few cars passing by. At night, it was very quiet. Deer came near our van, and we saw many along the road. It's not far from NC500, and we found it worth the visit.

There is a flat, elevated area off the A838, just after a cattle grid, suitable for several vans. It offers a view of a mountain range and a lake. The road is quiet, though some motorbikes may be noisy.
