Spilhammar Camping is a pleasant campsite situated in a forested area. The campsite does not have designated camping plots, but the owner will assist in finding a suitable spot. The sanitary facilities are modern and well-maintained. A short walk from the reception is a lovely swimming area with a small sandy beach. Our stay cost 295SEK and included electricity. Showers are available for 10 minutes with the provided payment card. Fresh bread is available at the reception each morning, except on Sundays.
This campsite is well-maintained and conveniently located. During September, there are plenty of available spaces to choose from. The surrounding area boasts beautiful forests with numerous hiking trails. The famous Katthult Farm is located approximately 10 kilometers away. The sanitary facilities are excellent.
The accommodations are clean and equipped with a convenient keycard system for cashless transactions. However, the site is quite pricey, considering it only offers a basic camping spot in the woods. An unpowered site costs $310, with showers costing extra. These high prices may result in the campground going out of business, similar to the restaurant that was already shut down.
