Surrounded by picturesque mountains, you can unwind and enjoy the serene atmosphere, while sheep and chickens graze nearby. Please note that shower and sanitary facilities are still being expanded, but there is a natural spring with drinking water nearby. To ensure a smooth visit, kindly contact the host in advance to obtain directions and be considerate of the farmer's wife who only speaks Croatian.
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. The family welcomed us warmly and offered us a drink upon arrival. They were available for any questions we had and allowed us to explore their vast property. In the morning, we were provided with a cup of coffee and some advice for continuing our journey. They also had two very friendly dogs! We will definitely be returning!
We had a wonderful stay at a kind and hospitable older woman's place. There were two adorable dogs on the property and we camped among the sheep in a large field with a beautiful view of the hills. The woman only spoke Croatian, but we were able to communicate using gestures, Google Translate, and later her son who spoke English. We had also been in contact with her English-speaking granddaughter prior to our arrival, who helped us find the place and offered assistance if needed. Overall, it was a great experience and a fond memory of kind people in authentic Croatia.
