Be cautious if it rains, as the path can be muddy. The road from Chefchaouen is in poor condition, but the area is beautiful.

The reservoir area is quiet and clean, with a mix of hard and soft ground. The access road has potholes, so be cautious. You'll mostly see nature, with an occasional shepherd and cattle. To reach it, take a small road at the village's end and follow a sandy path around a hill.
