The place is somewhat uneven. It is quite dark and shaded even during daylight hours, resulting in minimal solar power generation. A motorcycle meeting spot on the hill leads to busy traffic and noise from early morning. The parking lot at Köterberg attracts a lot of young people at night, making it less peaceful.
