There is a parking area near the Poliambulanza underground station, conveniently located close to the Brescia Centro motorway exit. It is also near a hospital with an emergency room. If the parking spaces inside are full, there is the option to park outside in the car park, which also has access to empty the WC and no fences. There is also the ability to exit and re-enter. We stayed for one night. It was a bit noisy, but suitable for sightseeing. Unfortunately, there was no toilet. The metro is very close, and the city center is just a few stops away.
