The reception was very friendly and the panoramic views from the sites were beautiful. However, the rest of the place didn't have much to offer. The playground equipment was in poor condition - it was covered in moss, weathered, and rusted. The sanitary facilities were incredibly old, some were broken and rusty. Showering here didn't provide a comfortable experience.
The operators are very friendly, making it a great place for dogs and children. They offer a bread delivery service and there is a short but steep path to the fjord. The kayaking tour is excellent. The sanitary facilities are a bit old, but there are enough of them and they are suitable for families.
