There is a pathway that goes around an old wooden church and takes you to the riverbank. It's not very obvious, but it's quite close to the village, making it convenient for short walks. If you're interested, there is also a horse riding center nearby that offers horse-drawn carriage rides through the area. Just make sure to bring mosquito repellent because they can be bothersome.
