Dewslake campsite offers a pleasant environment, although it does not have breathtaking views like some sites near the coast. The campsite provides excellent shower and toilet facilities, along with complimentary wifi. It costs £10 per person per night, including the camper. During midweek in June, the campsite is particularly peaceful.
The shower and toilet facilities were in poor condition, and the friendly farmer unexpectedly charged us a hefty £36 after we had already parked our campervan. There was no access to electricity and no facility to dispose of waste for motorhomes. In retrospect, it was a disappointing experience and felt like we were taken advantage of for no reason.
I stayed at a campsite with my campervan for one night. Even though there was no electricity, the solar power was sufficient. The shower facilities were excellent, although the campsite was quite busy. The site had a grass field, but no designated parking areas. I was satisfied with the affordable price of £15, particularly because of its proximity to Tenby or Pembrook.
