Campsite Le Ventoux in Mazan, Vaucluse offers various types of pitches, both with and without shade. They also have mobile homes available for rent. The campsite has amenities such as a playground, sports field, outdoor pool, and paddling pool. Pets are allowed on a leash during certain seasons. The campsite offers cycling routes for active guests and has an animation program. Additionally, guests can enjoy meals at the on-site restaurant or get fresh bread. Most of the campsite also has internet access for laptops.
This is a lovely, small and well-organized campsite with a pool and an excellent restaurant! We stayed in a spot BEHIND the pool, which was nicer and more spacious than the ones in front. However, we didn't find the panoramic spots attractive. You're on gravel, facing a fence, and have a stone 'hut' for shade. The only disappointment was the cycling environment, as there were many busy and 'dangerous' roads.
This campsite has a beautiful view and offers basic camping facilities. The restroom facilities are old but still functional. The campground is managed by a Dutch couple and caters mainly to Dutch visitors. The restaurant is only open from 6pm to 9pm. During the end of March, we were the only French visitors at the campsite.
