There is a parking lot and picnic area at Fredenbaumpark. It is a peaceful place that is conveniently located near the park, canal, and an outdoor swimming pool. The U-Bahn is located at the opposite end of the park, in front of Klinikum Nord, providing a direct connection to the city. There is also a swimming pool in Deusen, around 2 km away. A unique feature of the park is a large tipi, and there are sports facilities nearby.
The parking area is not too noisy. You can hear the train a little, but it was quiet at night. The parking lot is empty. You can go for a walk in the nearby park, which has a pond and a large playground for children. And it's free! What more could you ask for? Completely self-sufficient, of course.
