We received an unpleasant response from the receptionist who informed us that the establishment was closed, despite our booking indicating otherwise. We were offered a pitch without any amenities for £15, but were not given enough time to consider the offer. Since the owner had already walked away, we decided to go to another place nearby that was much nicer.
