The place is well-equipped (with electricity for charging and powering devices) and the staff is very friendly (they escorted us to the bus stop and picked us up). It's a bit far from the city center, but you can reach the Colosseum in 45 minutes by taking the 207 or 270 bus and Metro B. We had a great experience!
