Biorussi is an agritourism company located near Lake Varano. With four generations of experience, they specialize in producing organic extra virgin olive oil. They also have a restaurant that offers delicious seasonal dishes made with their own products. Additionally, they have a shop where you can buy unique food souvenirs.
We had a peaceful night under the olive trees here. The restaurant offers a small selection of regional products, including antipasti, primi, secondi, and dolce. The antipasti platter was ample for two people and delicious. The staff were very friendly. Restroom facilities were available during opening hours. Access to the natural swimming pond is available for a fee of 10€ per day.
Quiet and peaceful location. Our van is parked among the olive trees. We were able to fill the water tanks, though it is not suitable for drinking. We enjoyed a delicious meal with great service and hospitality at a local restaurant. The olive oil is especially tasty. We highly recommend it.
