The 5-star rating is for the option of disposal. Otherwise, it's almost like being free-standing with 4 others. It has everything you need for a very quiet stay, very well-functioning sanitary facilities, electricity, and an easy check-in process (try to reserve in advance - we got lucky). We would come back, but now we're making room for the next guests.
