This campsite was recommended to us when another one was fully booked. It opened last year and has a new toilet and shower block. The showers were modern and had hot water. The cost was £27, which included the electricity hook-up for our campervan, two adults, and a dog. The owner was friendly and we had the entire site to ourselves. However, there was only one toilet each for males, females, and disabled persons, and one mixed toilet for families. This might cause queues if the site is full. The site had enough grass pitches for around 20 vehicles and was easy to locate. Overall, it was a nice site and we would recommend it.
The campsite offers spacious pitches (10x10m) equipped with electricity and nearby water taps. The sanitary facilities are very clean and the showers provide good and warm water. The owner intentionally sets a higher price to attract couples and families rather than party campers. Despite the cost, it is highly recommended for a day of relaxation and maintenance for both yourself and your vehicle.
