This location by the river is a pleasant spot with tables, a fire place, and toilets. However, it's worth noting that the road leading to it is narrow and can be challenging for vehicles with low clearance. While we managed to reach it with our van, we did scrape the back bumper in a ditch. To find this place, follow the map until the road ends and you come across a couple of houses. From there, continue on the smaller road through the forest until you reach the spot.
This location is appealing, but accessing it may be challenging due to the road. It is worth noting that the route passes through private property, which may seem unconventional. It's advisable to plan ahead as the place might be busy on weekends, especially if there are ongoing events like boat parties, which could limit parking availability.
This area is a serene and well-maintained place with fire pits, grills, and trash bins provided. The toilet facilities are stocked with toilet paper. The access road is manageable but requires a vehicle with good clearance and approach/departure angles. Even after heavy rain, we didn't need to use 4WD, so a 2WD vehicle should be able to navigate it. However, please note that it is not suitable for RVs. Let's remember to keep the area clean!
