There are two parking options near the "Blue Pile". On the left side of the road, there is a small plateau with beautiful views of Goslar. However, it can get crowded during the evenings and weekends. On the right side of the road, there is a larger gravel area where it is generally more peaceful. This area also has two garbage bins. The Maltermeister tower, which is a restaurant, is approximately 400m away and can be reached by walking through the forest.

This location, though scenic, is not recommended for large motor homes. The road leading to the spot proved challenging for our 595cm motor home to navigate. Additionally, once reaching the car park, it is easy to get stuck due to slushy snow and mud. We observed that regular cars also faced difficulties, and we almost encountered the same issue. While it is a beautiful spot, it is not ideal for larger vehicles.
