There are four pitches available on gravel at the beginning of the village road connecting Sellinghausen and Altenilpe. These pitches require a fee and offer a central power supply option. Adjacent to the pitches is the family hotel Stockhausen, and nearby is an 18-hole golf course. The region also offers opportunities for cycling and is home to an active village community. Hikers may enjoy the Sellinghauser Bergmannspfad, a 6.7 km circular trail that offers insight into the challenging lives of miners in the village's past.
