Additionally, the campground is conveniently situated at the starting point of a cycling and biking route that leads to Moritzburg Castle. There is also a bus connection available to the city center of Dresden.

The location of the place is close to Dresden and Moritzburg, which is the only positive aspect. However, the overall experience was disappointing as the value for money was poor. The information provided at the reception was limited. The "free" choice of camping spot was obstructed by other tents. The ground was uneven, unsurfaced, and muddy. Additional charges applied for Wi-Fi, electricity, and water, which were quite expensive. The bathroom facilities were below expectations. Safety measures in case of emergencies were inadequate.

At the end of July, at 8:15 pm, we arrived at a camping site only to find it nearly empty. The reception was closed and the barriers were shut, leaving us with no way to make contact by phone. We had a disappointing experience and will not be returning.
